Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Setup is quoted after the demo because storefront platforms, SEO plugins, cache layers and catalog complexity vary.
Is the GEO Report really free?
Yes. The first GEO Report on your public storefront is free and reviewed by a person. Ongoing runs are part of a plan.
What are Ingots?
Forge's usage credits for platform-funded AI work, such as AI-judged GEO runs and enrichment. Runs can also use your own provider key, rules-only mode or your own AI client over MCP.
How are Journeys & Pulse, Valkyrie Assist and Foundry OMS included?
They are Forge modules confirmed during onboarding so the plan matches how your team will use them. Foundry OMS & MCP is in early access and onboarded with the Agentic plan.
Do we need a separate CRM?
Forge works with The Viking Stack, which acts as the CRM and system of record for contacts. Salesforce and HubSpot delivery are on the integrations roadmap.
