# Forge Commerce

> Forge Commerce (forgecommerce.si; .si = super intelligence) is an agentic operations platform from Tovsen Development & Technology Solutions, built with The Viking Stack. It makes product catalogs readable to AI answer engines and buyers' AI agents (product families, structured specs, family FAQs, enriched JSON-LD, discovery files, machine-readable policies, answer-first pages) for WooCommerce, Shopify and any website; scores readiness with the GEO Report; and, in early access, routes agent-submitted inquiries, RFQs and order requests into Foundry OMS for human review. Forge measures readiness and never guarantees AI citations, rankings or revenue.

## Plans

- Foundation: $500/month. A clean, verified AI-readiness baseline for one storefront. Includes: GEO Report baseline and readiness review; Discovery files and core JSON-LD; Schema conflict review; Policy and content freshness support.
- Growth: $1,500/month. Ongoing answer-first content and deeper catalog coverage. Includes: Everything in Foundation; Product families, specs and family FAQs; Answer-first content cadence; PDF and spec-table liberation workflow.
- Agentic: by quote. For teams ready to take buyer-agent requests and wire ERP flow. Includes: Everything in Growth; Foundry OMS & MCP early-access onboarding; RFQ, quote and order-request mapping; Integration and protocol roadmap.
- Setup is quoted after the demo. Module entitlements are confirmed during onboarding. Ingots are usage credits for platform-funded AI work.

## GEO Report

- Eight categories: Can AI engines reach it? Does it answer buyer questions? Are facts and entities clear? Can buyers evaluate the product? Can machines interpret it? Can readers verify it? Can useful pages be found? Can an agent take the next step?
- 0-100 scores with A-F grades and a separate confidence value; unknown is never zero and never a pass. Run modes: rules-only, Forge-funded (Ingots), bring-your-own-key, harness (your own AI client over MCP).

## Foundry OMS & MCP (early access)

- Buyers add the Forge Foundry MCP to a supported MCP client and sign in with a verified email. Named client compatibility is verified separately.
- Their agent can read company facts and published catalogs, ask questions, submit RFQs and RFPs, submit sales and manufacturing order requests, check protected status, and receive eligible WooCommerce or Shopify checkout links.
- Every request lands in Foundry OMS for merchant review. A request is not an order; checkout and payment stay on the merchant's store. Forge is never the merchant of record.
- Digit Software is the first ERP: reviewed requests can create draft quotes, requested orders or unstarted jobs once mappings resolve. Additional ERPs, native ACP/UCP checkout and automatic store push/import are future work. Complements mandated X12/EDIFACT EDI; does not replace it.
- Publication is opt-in per business and per product. Foundry MCP activity is aggregate-only, retained 30 days, and does not create CRM contacts.

## Forge MCP (operators)

- 41 tools: GEO Reports, product families, product drafts with specs, family FAQs, bulk publish, staging-to-production promote, account knowledge, projects. Writes need an explicit tool call and operation key; same permissions and audit as the app.
